This role focuses on managing, cleaning, and translating large volumes of product data across multiple e-commerce partners and internal systems. </div><div><br/></div><div>The ideal candidate is exceptionally strong in Excel, comfortable handling large SKU volumes, and experienced working with structured product data for online marketplaces. This role will also support SEO-optimized product copywriting as a secondary responsibility. This position will start full-time during peak product launch periods, with hours flexing down to part-time during slower cycles. Candidates must be comfortable with fluctuating workloads tied to seasonal launches. </div><div><br/></div><div><b>Core Responsibilities </b></div><div>Product Data Management & Preparation (Primary) </div><div>● Collect and consolidate product data from multiple internal sources (engineering, pricing, purchasing, marketing) </div><div>● Clean, validate, and standardize data for accuracy and consistency </div><div>● Prepare master product data files for new product launches </div><div>● Maintain high levels of accuracy across thousands of SKUs with technical attributes (dimensions, lumen output, specifications, etc.)</div><div> ● Ensure data integrity for designer- and customer-facing platforms </div><div><br/></div><div><b> E-Commerce Data Translation & Partner Uploads </b></div><div>● Translate master product data into platform-specific templates for e-commerce partners (e.g., Wayfair, Home Depot, Ferguson, Amazon) </div><div>● Adjust columns, attributes, and formatting based on each partner’s unique requirements </div><div>● Support onboarding of new e-commerce vendors by preparing compliant data files </div><div>● Assist with ongoing updates and corrections to existing partner listings </div><div><br/></div><div><b>PIM System Support </b></div><div>● Work within the company’s Product Information Management (PIM) system (CATC) </div><div>● Support the maintenance and organization of high-level product data </div><div>● Collaborate with senior data stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow from PIM to external platforms </div><div><br/></div><div><b>SEO Product Copywriting (Nice to Have) </b></div><div>● Draft SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, and key feature bullet points </div><div>● Optimize copy for marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, and other e-commerce platforms </div><div>● Collaborate with internal teams to align copy with brand guidelines and technical accuracy </div><div><br/></div><div><b>Working Hours & Flexibility</b></div><div> ● Start: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) during peak launch periods </div><div>● Flex down to Part-Time (10–20 hrs/week) during slower months </div><div>● Peak periods typically occur: ○ Mid-November to February </div><div>○ Early May to early July </div><div>● Candidates must be comfortable with seasonal workload fluctuations</div><div><br/></div><div><b>Required Skills & Experience Must-Haves </b></div><div>● Advanced Excel proficiency (handling large, complex datasets) </div><div>● Strong background in data entry, data cleanup, and data validation </div><div>● Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy </div><div>● Experience working with large SKU catalogs (thousands of products) </div><div>● Comfortable handling technical product specifications </div><div>● Strong written and verbal English communication skills</div><div><br/></div><div><b> Nice-to-Haves </b></div><div>● Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces (Wayfair, Home Depot, Amazon, etc.) </div><div>● Familiarity with PIM systems (CATC experience is a plus) </div><div>● SEO copywriting experience for product listings</div><div> ● Prior experience supporting product launches or merchandising teams </div><div><br/></div><div><b>Tools & Systems </b></div><div>● Microsoft Excel (primary) </div><div>● PIM system (CATC – training provided if needed) </div><div>● Partner portals (Wayfair, Home Depot, etc. – partial exposure preferred)</div></div><div class="section page-centered" data-qa="salary-range"><div>$800 - $1,100 a month</div></div><div class="section page-centered" data-qa="closing-description"><div><b>Why Join Assist World?</b></div><div><br/></div><div>100% REMOTE</div><div>$50 birthday bonus</div><div>$200 testimonial bonus</div><div>$300 tenure bonus every 6 months</div><div>$500 entry monthly raffle</div><div>NO TRACKER.
