We power personalization for more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora.</div></div><div><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><br/><p>The Senior Product Manager, Channel Delivery - Mobile Messaging, will own the channel delivery for Bloomreach Engagement, including Product Management and Tech Vendor Partnership. They will be responsible for ensuring the successful deliverability of mobile messages that rely on third-party channel integrations.</p><br/><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><br/><ul><br/><li>Own technical partnerships with our mobile messaging vendors -<br/><ul><br/><li><br/><ul><br/><li>Manage relationships with existing vendors through weekly calls, daily updates, and proactive communication.</li><br/><li>Identify new vendors to continue improving cost, reliability, and deliverability.</li><br/><li>Escalate feature requests, influence roadmap, and drive implementation of changes on the vendor side.</li><br/><li>Collaborate with vendors to learn and implement industry best practices.</li><br/><li>Onboard and manage all messaging vendors across all regions.</li><br/><li>Lead implementation of the integration with engineering </li><br/></ul><br/></li><br/></ul><br/></li><br/><li>Prioritize Channel Delivery features and manage & implement the roadmap.<br/><ul><br/><li><br/><ul><br/><li>Identify opportunities to enhance the Channel API and channel delivery-related features for high deliverability, reliability, cost, and throughput optimization for SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and possibly more in the future.</li><br/><li>Identify enhancements for channel delivery monitoring and alerting.</li><br/><li>Identify opportunities to productize the deliverability and operational work </li><br/><li>Develop a roadmap for new channels to deliver on Upmarket and Vertical expansion for Engagement.</li><br/><li>Oversee documentation of product features by the Documentation team.</li><br/></ul><br/></li><br/></ul><br/></li><br/><li>Be a champion for mobile messaging internally, owning the business outcomes associated with mobile messaging and supporting the sales and marketing motions.<br/><ul><br/><li><br/><ul><br/><li>Provide the highest level of expertise in channels by offering support and guidance to all teams within the organization (Sales, AMs, Marketing, PMM, Deliverability Services) on all aspects of mobile messaging.</li><br/><li>Support large deals with product expertise and request handling.</li><br/><li>Collaborate with Delivery Services to understand their priorities and feedback from customers and prospects.</li><br/><li>Gather and manage client and prospect feedback on mobile messaging improvements.</li><br/></ul><br/></li><br/></ul><br/></li><br/><li>Stay updated on and manage all messaging compliance rules and requirements and implement them into product features.</li><br/></ul><br/><div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Professional Experience</strong></div><br/><ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-border="0" data-indent="0" data-list-tree="true" data-stringify-type="unordered-list"><br/><li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">4–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably in MarTech or infrastructure-heavy environments.</li><br/><li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">Proven experience managing third-party vendor relationships, especially in telecom or messaging.</li><br/><li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">Familiarity with mobile messaging channels, including SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and RCS—and the technical and compliance challenges they present.</li><br/><li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">Strong understanding of APIs, message deliverability mechanics, and observability tooling.</li><br/><li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and customer-facing functions.</li><br/><li data-stringify-border="0" data-stringify-indent="0">Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with global stakeholders and rapidly changing priorities.</li><br/></ul><br/><h3><strong>Excited?
