Technical Support Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills, including expertise in switching, firewalls, and routers. Proficiency in Windows Server and virtualization technologies (VMware and Hyper-V) is essential. Additionally, you should be competent in Windows-based operating systems and Office 365 administration. Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy is required, along with knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management. Familiarity with Veeam Backup Solutions or similar products is a plus. Relevant Microsoft qualifications and certifications are desired. Strong written documentation and excellent verbal communication skills are necessary, complemented by a friendly, professional, and dynamic approach towards customers and colleagues.</li></ul>
