Technical Consultant Payroll
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of the end-to-end payroll lifecycle.</li><li>Familiarity with HR and HCM systems.</li><li>Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Confident and clear presentation skills; ability to engage users and deliver training.</li><li>Own a car and have a valid driving license.</li><li>Ability to manage your own diary effectively and demonstrate proactivity.</li><li>Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK as required (approximately three times per month, with all expenses paid).</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As a Technical Consultant, I will ensure that I gain a thorough understanding of our company's product suite and provide training to new and existing customers regarding their configuration and use. Utilizing structured training plans, I will conduct in-person training at customer sites. Additionally, I will work to understand our customers' bespoke requirements and systems, flag any issues to the Help Desk Coordinator, and regularly review system requirements and identify potential improvements.</li></ul>

<p>This is a remote position based in the UK, with regular travel to client sites, which usually lasts for 1-2 days at a time. I will receive a salary of up to £40k, along with benefits such as a 5% pension, healthcare, and 20 days of holiday (increasing over time).
