Lead Software Developer

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for a Lead C#.Net Software Developer with a solid background in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MS SQL Server. You should thrive in an Agile environment and possess a "can-do" attitude. Familiarity with .NET Framework is expected, and knowledge of .NET 6 is a plus. You must reside within commuting distance to Crewe, Cheshire, as this is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week onsite. Unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship or consider dependent visas/graduate visas at this time.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, you will actively engage in 60% greenfield development projects and 40% maintenance work. You will collaborate with a small team of developers in a Rapid Application Development (RAD) environment, focusing on Agile delivery. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining software for large-scale systems tailored to multiple customers with various configurations. You will leverage your technical expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and MS SQL Server, and utilize Azure for our cloud services.</li></ul>
