IT Support Officer
<p><b>Salary: £32,080 - 36,636 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for an IT Support Officer with significant experience in an IT service-oriented environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft desktop operating systems and core products, including Azure and Active Directory. Familiarity with security tools such as antivirus and endpoint protection solutions is crucial. Additionally, we expect proficiency in Apple macOS environments, including knowledge of JAMF and associated applications. Excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As our IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and incident response services to our clients. You will take an active role in developing departmental processes, procedures, and standards, while also liaising with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your duties will involve completing remote and on-site visits to resolve incidents and address service desk requests, along with working on software deployments across Windows and Mac environments.</li></ul>
