Managed Print Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>A positive attitude with a can-do approach to everything</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Previous experience in a managed print delivery/service role in a technology business</li><li>Great technical ability to diagnose faults accurately and efficiently</li><li>Experience in using a CRM to log installation/service notes</li><li>Partner-focused mindset to understand and identify user needs</li><li>Experience with Konica Minolta and Lexmark is desirable</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively</li><li>Strong external partner liaison skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize personal workload</li><li>Willingness to travel to partner sites across the UK</li><li>Full UK Driving Licence</li></ul>

<ul><li>Report to the Managed Print Service Manager</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and Flotek technologies</li><li>Provide world-class service at all times</li><li>Deliver Managed Print installation projects on time and within budget</li><li>Communicate with clients and internal project managers</li><li>Perform hands-on and remote technical troubleshooting</li><li>Create and maintain detailed project documentation for effective handover to support teams</li><li>Deliver product training to end users and internally at Flotek</li><li>Install 3rd party software applications on partner PC and server devices</li><li>Ensure effectiveness of print management reporting applications at partner sites</li><li>Mentor and support the growth of aspiring Managed Print Engineers</li></ul>
