We’re a profitable, 20-person, fully remote SaaS company serving hundreds of VC firms globally.</p><p>We’re hiring a <strong>Senior Account Executive</strong> to drive revenue and help elevate our sales motion.</p><p>This is not a plug-and-play AE role. We want someone who thrives in ownership, autonomy, and high standards.</p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>You will:</p><ul><li><p>Own new revenue for Visible for Investors</p></li><li><p>Understand our ideal customer profile (fund finance and ops leaders) and the unique challenges they’re trying to solve with Visible</p></li><li><p>Close inbound pipeline and manage a disciplined 30–60 day sales cycle. In addition to converting strong inbound demand, you’ll identify and target ideal customers, own the full sales process end-to-end, leverage HubSpot CRM effectively, and drive proactive outbound outreach.</p></li><li><p>Bring new and informed ideas to the team and carry them through to execution. </p></li></ul><p>We’re a scrappy, lean team. You’ll need to be comfortable managing up, solving problems independently, and operating without layers of support.</p><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales with a consistent track record of exceeding quota</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in a startup environment and proven ability to execute process improvements, independently</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to skillfully uncover a prospect’s true roadblocks and thoughtfully speak to how a solution fits into their current workflows </p></li><li><p>Enjoys going the extra mile to problem-solve and win deals </p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills </p></li><li><p>Team player who raises the bar for others </p></li><li><p>Comfortable discussing financial metrics, numbers, and formulas</p></li><li><p>Tech and product savvy — you can quickly master and confidently demo software </p></li><li><p>AI-fluent: working understanding of modern AI tools; actively leveraging AI (e.g., prompt engineering, automation, workflow tooling, research augmentation) to increase output</p></li><li><p>Preferred: Experience selling fund administration tools, working in the venture capital ecosystem, and/or selling to CFO or General Partner persona is preferred. </p></li></ul><p>You should thrive in an environment where autonomy is expected, and performance is visible.</p><p><strong>Why Choose Visible:</strong></p><p>💥 <strong>Visible Impact</strong>: We’re a lean yet highly efficient team.
