<h2>About BloomFi</h2><p>BloomFi is a next-generation decentralized trading ecosystem combining:</p><ul><li>A high-performance spot & perpetual DEX</li><li>A custom-built Layer 2 blockchain</li><li>Institutional-grade trading infrastructure designed to compete with platforms like Hyperliquid and Lighter</li></ul><p>We are building a fast, scalable, and capital-efficient trading environment for both retail and professional traders.</p><h2>Role Overview</h2><p>We are seeking a CEO with deep Web3 and trading experience to lead BloomFi through launch, scale, and global expansion.</p><p>This is not a “manager” role — we are looking for a builder + operator who has:</p><ul><li>Scaled crypto or fintech products</li><li>Managed cross-functional teams (engineering, product, BD, marketing)</li><li>Raised capital and built strategic partnerships</li></ul><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Define and execute BloomFi’s vision, strategy, and roadmap</li><li>Lead go-to-market strategy (launch, liquidity, user acquisition)</li><li>Build and manage a high-performing global team</li><li>Drive token strategy, ecosystem growth, and partnerships</li><li>Oversee fundraising (VCs, strategic investors, market makers)</li><li>Work closely with product and engineering to ensure execution excellence</li><li>Represent BloomFi publicly (investors, conferences, media)</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>5–10+ years experience in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms</li><li>Proven leadership experience as:<ul><li>CEO / COO / Head of Growth / GM in Web3 or fintech</li></ul></li><li>Strong understanding of:<ul><li>Perpetual futures markets</li><li>DEX/CEX mechanics</li><li>Liquidity & market structure</li></ul></li><li>Experience raising capital or managing investor relations</li><li>Strong network in Web3, VCs, market makers, and exchanges</li><li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment</li></ul><h2>Nice to Have</h2><ul><li>Experience launching or scaling a DEX or derivatives exchange</li><li>Background in quant trading / market making</li><li>Experience with token launches and tokenomics design</li><li>Familiarity with Layer 2 ecosystems</li></ul><h2>Compensation</h2><ul><li>Competitive salary + equity / token allocation</li><li>Performance-based incentives tied to growth and volume</li><li>Opportunity to build a category-defining DeFi platform</li></ul><h2>Location</h2><ul><li>Remote (global), with preference for candidates in Europe / UAE / Asia</li></ul>
