Billing Specialist – 18 Months Contract

This involves investigating and responding to customer billing inquiries. Also, work with cross functional groups to ensure timely closure of a billing issue.Partner with the bestYou will be an end-to-end trusted advisor to our customers. Be the one to add tremendous value to Akamai by providing resolution for billing issues while collaborating with different teams. You will build close relationships with customers and tackle some of the biggest challenges in our Customer Revenue Operations team.As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for:Being a single point of contact for customer billing queriesOnboarding new customers and introducing them to all aspects of Akamai billingPartnering with other internal customers for timely resolution of customer billing queriesCommunicating and managing any billing information changeTracking availability of Purchase Order funds, Accuracy and timely availability of PO’sManaging appropriate invoice delivery (mail, email, portal submission) methodsDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor’s degreeHave a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a customer facing roleHave good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHave good problem solving and analytical skillsHave basic understanding or familiarity using Siebel/Oracle/SalesForce and MS Excel will be an assetWork in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai’s Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
