Solution Architect (AWS)
<p><b>Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:</li><li>For Manager Level:</li><li>5-10 years of hands-on technical experience.</li><li>Proven experience or exposure in cloud architecture, design, and implementation.</li><li>Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform).</li><li>Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS, SOC 2, HIPAA).</li><li>Cloud certification at Associate or Professional level (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).</li><li>For Associate Manager Level:</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Strong AWS technical knowledge with some exposure to design and architecture.</li><li>Ideal for cloud engineers or AWS consultants with deep service-level understanding.</li><li>Desirable Experience:</li><li>Background in infrastructure or networking.</li><li>Exposure to generative AI, AWS Contact Center, data and analytics, or mainframe modernization.</li><li>Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud experience (e.g., Azure, GCP).</li><li>Understanding of interoperability across cloud platforms and on-prem environments.</li></ul>

<ul><li>As an AWS Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:</li><li>Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing AWS solutions.</li><li>Leading cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including mainframe transformation.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and developers.</li><li>Providing technical leadership and guidance on AWS best practices and architecture patterns.</li><li>Optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.</li><li>Supporting the deployment of AI/ML models and data pipelines in production environments.</li><li>Staying current with emerging AWS services and recommending improvements to cloud environments.</li></ul>
