Technical Solution Architect Integration ITSM Services
<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for candidates with proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within ITSM, SaaS, or integration domains. You should have a strong track record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies. A solid understanding of managed service delivery, with a focus on long-term customer success, is essential. Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-facing, are required. We value problem solvers and systems thinkers who can design solutions that go beyond point-to-point fixes. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional travel as needed. Being UK-based and able to be onsite in Watford two days per week is a must.</li></ul>

You will own project delivery by defining scope, creating delivery plans, managing risks, and overseeing milestones across internal teams and customer stakeholders. Leading configuration and implementation efforts, you will ensure integrations are robust and maintainable. You will manage the full lifecycle of integrations, from discovery and design to go-live and continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, you will foster long-term relationships and identify opportunities for enhancement. Collaboration will be key, as you will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Additionally, you will provide pre-sales support through solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical expertise. Staying updated on integration, automation, and SaaS industry trends will be essential to drive innovation in your solutions.</li></ul>
