IT Infrastructure Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 73,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for candidates who possess a combination of the following skills:</li><li>Previous experience in 3rd Line Support</li><li>Experience with hypervisor technologies such as VMWare, Hyper-V, or equivalent</li><li>Active Directory Administration experience</li><li>Familiarity with Office 365 and Exchange online</li><li>Networking knowledge (LAN, IPv4, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Managed Switches, VLANs)</li><li>Proficiency in PowerShell or any other scripting language or automation methodology</li><li>Experience with Windows Server (2008-2019)</li><li>Familiarity with Windows (7, 10)</li><li>Veeam Backup experience is desired but not essential</li><li>Linux/Unix administration experience is also desired but not essential</li></ul>

<ul><li>As one of our IT Infrastructure Engineers, you will be responsible for:</li><li>Collaborating with the Infrastructure Manager to ensure that changes are planned and implemented in a structured and assured manner</li><li>Testing the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans</li><li>Managing and resolving infrastructure incidents</li><li>Timely actioning of alerts generated by monitoring systems</li><li>Supporting the IT Service Desk function</li><li>Proactively seeking opportunities across the organization to improve the infrastructure</li><li>Documenting common practices, process flow diagrams, and maintaining the knowledge base</li></ul>
