Product Manager

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are seeking individuals who can set the product direction and goals, own the product vision and roadmap while gaining buy-in from the team through effective communication. You must have experience working with users to identify user needs and represent these in all product decision-making. Additionally, you should possess experience in prioritizing backlogs based on user needs, value, and effort, making decisions at short notice, and working within an agile team focused on iterative development.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In your role, you will be part of our transformation efforts, working on various projects and programs. Some roles will involve collaborating with the Data & Analytics function to support the transformation of areas such as Health, Later Life, and Working Age into more data-driven entities. Other responsibilities will include working within the Integrated Risk and Intelligence Service (IRIS) to support the DWP's fraud and error strategy. You will drive product and service improvements, shape product strategy, own the product roadmap, and effectively communicate your choices to senior stakeholders. You'll also play a crucial role in our Product Community of Practice, sharing skills, knowledge, and fostering professional growth through line management and coaching of subject matter experts.</li></ul>
