Messaging Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:</li><li>Managing Exchange Online</li><li>Experience with Mimecast Email protection policies</li><li>Familiarity with Defender for M365</li><li>Knowledge of Tessian Gateway</li><li>Proficiency in CrowdStrike Antivirus</li><li>Experience with backups using Veeam, including OneDrive and Exchange Online</li><li>Understanding of Email Distribution List workflow</li><li>Knowledge of Entra-ID, including MFA configuration</li><li>Experience with on-premise Active Directory</li><li>Proficiency in the Office 365 Admin Centre</li><li>Experience with DMARC and DLP would be beneficial</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, I will be responsible for:</li><li>Administering and optimizing our Entra-ID tenant.</li><li>Facilitating and providing best practice guidance on internal communication using email distribution lists, collaboration spaces, and shared mailboxes.</li><li>Ensuring that our data backup, replication, and business continuity solutions are functioning effectively.</li><li>Periodically measuring and reporting on infrastructure performance and availability.</li><li>Liaising with suppliers and solutions providers as needed to support our network and networked applications.</li></ul>
