<p><b>Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>I require at least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role, ideally interfacing with VIP users.</li><li>Experience with or an understanding of the MS Office Suite, Active Directory, TeamViewer (or similar), Azure, Exchange / Office 365, and Antivirus software is necessary.</li><li>Some experience using a ticketing system or working to SLAs will be advantageous.</li><li>Great communication skills, both in person and via telephone, with excellent written and spoken English.</li><li>I am looking for someone personable, with the ability to build rapport with multiple teams of IT technicians.</li><li>The candidate needs to integrate well within both the Krome technical team and client IT departments.</li><li>Being punctual and thorough, with keen attention to detail, is crucial for success.</li><li>While IT qualifications are an advantage, they are not essential.</li><li>A valid UK driving license is necessary.</li><li>Shift work will vary between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with some coverage of weekend shifts as needed.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>You will have the opportunity to join our technically advanced office-based helpdesk team and work on rotated secondments (8-week durations) to our client's onsite technical team in Central London.</li><li>Reporting to our Helpdesk Manager while at our Surrey HQ and our client's Senior IT Team onsite, your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving user queries and tickets in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues where necessary.</li><li>Your role will encompass both face-to-face and remote user support.</li><li>Your work location will alternate between our HQ in Chertsey (Surrey) and the client's HQ in London (close to Tottenham Court Road underground station).</li></ul>
