Senior Network Engineer

You should have proven experience leading the resolution of complex technical network issues. Knowledge of network fundamentals, connectivity standards, and BYOD environments is essential. You should be confident working with multiple device platforms such as Microsoft, Apple, Linux, and Android. Additionally, you should be able to design, document, and enhance large-scale network services. Strong communication skills are a must, along with the ability to mentor and share knowledge with others.</li></ul>

<ul><li>In this role, you will lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise network services. You will provide advanced 3rd line support for wired, wireless, and connectivity issues, acting as a subject matter expert across at least three technology areas such as Security, Wireless, Routing & Switching, NAC, Firewalls, and Telephony. You will deliver your expertise in network infrastructure design, installation, and documentation, while also supporting critical infrastructure areas to ensure the resilience of network services. Monitoring and optimizing network services using management and diagnostic tools will be part of your daily activities. You will contribute to projects, manage changes, and implement continuous service improvements, as well as mentor and support junior engineers and front-line support teams.</li></ul>
