Desktop Support Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>You should be proficient in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, including 365 and other associated applications.</li><li>We expect you to have the ability to build hardware and possess networking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills at all levels of hierarchy are essential.</li><li>You must have full rights to work in the UK.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As a member of our onsite support team, your key responsibilities will include:</li><li>Receiving and responding to incoming tickets from remote IT teams, providing support for Service Desk tickets when possible.</li><li>Offering expert support for Microsoft Office Suite and various Microsoft applications.</li><li>Providing support for Mac devices, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compatibility with our IT infrastructure.</li><li>Troubleshooting software-related issues efficiently and assisting end-users with installations and updates.</li><li>Maintaining and troubleshooting meeting room technology, ensuring seamless operation of audio-visual equipment during meetings.</li><li>Collaborating with infrastructure and network teams for hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Keeping an accurate inventory of IT equipment and performing regular audits.</li><li>Providing IT support for customer conferences and events.</li><li>Serving as an escalation point for remote IT teams for complex issues.</li><li>Assisting with the onboarding of new employees by ensuring they have the necessary equipment and training.</li><li>Offering VIP support to senior team members when required.</li></ul>
