2nd Line IT Support Engineer

<p><b>Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for candidates with strong technical skills, including experience with Windows Server, VMWare or Hyper-V, Office 365, Azure, networking (firewalls, routers, switches), backup solutions, and MDM Intune. Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is desirable.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our clients by taking ownership of technical issues and ensuring they are resolved efficiently. You will work with a variety of technologies, including O365, Veeam, and VMware, and will be expected to continuously step up in your IT career while managing various support tasks.</li></ul>
