Business Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We require a Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience. You should have strong analytical and process mapping skills, with proficiency in BPMN, Visio, and other tools. We value confident communicators who are skilled workshop facilitators. A background in Agile/Scrum and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential, along with expertise in documentation, Excel, and business case development. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or SQL is a plus. BA certifications and experience in the property sector are highly desirable.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>As a member of our transformation team, I expect you to lead workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements. You will map and improve processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), identifying opportunities for optimization. Your role will also include producing clear documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), user stories, and process maps. Furthermore, you will support solution design, testing (User Acceptance Testing), and implementation across teams while providing data analysis and insights to inform decision-making. Acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams will be a critical aspect of your position.</li></ul>
