Software Developer

<ul><li>Experience in software development in any stack or language, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, C#, or others.</li><li>Solid engineering fundamentals, with a keen interest in further developing your skills.</li><li>Experience working in collaborative, agile teams, such as Scrum or Kanban.</li><li>A curiosity, initiative, and a team-first mindset – comfortable both learning and sharing knowledge.</li><li>Holds, or is eligible for UK National Security vetting at DV level.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Work on a wide range of projects, from building intuitive front-end interfaces to developing resilient back-end systems and delivering full-stack solutions.</li><li>Deliver cloud-native and containerized applications, utilizing technologies like AWS, Spring Boot, NodeJS, Python, FastAPI, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and more.</li><li>Collaborate in a DevSecOps environment, leveraging tools such as Atlassian, Jenkins, GitLab, OWASP, and AWS.</li><li>Apply automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and Site Reliability Engineering principles to ensure scalability and resilience.</li><li>Join cross-functional teams, including developers, UX specialists, integration experts, and end-users, to address problems comprehensively.</li><li>Guide clients through trade-offs and design decisions, clearly explaining why certain approaches are most effective.</li><li>Contribute to a strong learning culture through workshops, peer support, knowledge sharing, and opportunities to explore new tools and techniques.</li></ul>
