They are seeking a senior full-stack engineer (backend-heavy) who thinks at an architectural level but prefers building — someone energized by writing clean, durable software products built for scale and long-term reuse.
This role is deeply hands-on in C#/.NET and SQL Server. You will design and build reusable connectors and core platform components that must work reliably across many customer environments.
This is not a customization role. It is product-focused engineering where scalability, performance, and clarity matter. The team values thoughtful design, clean abstractions, and engineers who understand a problem fully before writing the first line of code.
Location: Remote. Must reside in the US (US only; excluding CA and NY. Chicago area preferred)
Status: US Citizen or Green Card holder

What You’ll Be Doing
• Shape platform architecture and personally implement the solutions you design
• Write clean, production-grade code across core engine components and connectors
• Deliver scalable, durable software built for multi-customer reuse
• Collaborate closely on architecture, approach, and delivery
• Debug production issues across pipelines, integrations, and application components
• Tune SQL Server performance end-to-end
• Troubleshoot complex issues and refine solutions with strong engineering judgment
• Own delivery from requirements through rollout and iteration
About You
• Be able to do the job as described.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems
• You are an entrepreneurial spirit and love crafting software with purpose
• Experience developing commercial, customer-facing software products with scalability and reuse in mind.
• You are strong with C#/.NET production engineering chops – it is where you live and it is what you do.
• You’ve been a Senior Developer – you understand complex problems, and that drives you.
• Advanced T-SQL and real world SQL Server internals/performance troubleshooting
• Background in dimensional modeling (Kimball experience preferred) within production environments
• Organized thinker who communicates clearly technical decisions (no “shotgun details”)
• Proud builder mindset: you care about clean, durable solutions
