This hands-on position focuses on designing and delivering production-grade systems that integrate large language models with enterprise software.
In this role, you will manage services end-to-end—from backend architecture and API orchestration to supporting front-end workflows—while collaborating closely with AI engineers and data scientists. This position is ideal for someone excited by integration challenges, distributed systems, and applying Generative AI in impactful ways.
What You'll Do:
• Design and build full-stack applications that integrate Generative AI and machine learning capabilities.
• Architect and implement backend services, APIs, and scalable, secure cloud-native systems.
• Integrate LLMs, agentic frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines into enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to deploy model pipelines, vector search, and inference services.
• Support front-end development to showcase AI-driven insights and dynamic outputs.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, observability, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems and AI components.
• Contribute to shared engineering standards and drive platform evolution.
• Mentor fellow engineers and influence the technical direction of the team.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer working with full-stack systems.
• Proven experience with cloud-based, distributed applications.
• Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI systems into production environments.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker; Kubernetes; and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns, RAG workflows, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Experience with ERP systems or enterprise automation platforms.
• Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent-based AI frameworks.
• Experience in technical leadership or mentoring.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields preferred.
