Customer Support Agent (Russian-speaking)

We are looking for Customer Support Agents (Russian-speaking) to join our partner's Customer Support team on behalf of our partners!Your Role: Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Russian through chats, emails and calls. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management. Fluent in Russian, advanced English. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fast speed typing is a plus. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Confident PC user (aware of cookies/cashу and why/when should clean them). Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in shifts - Morning, Afternoon, Night. Ability to work 5 days a week (including weekends).
