Location: RemoteJob Summary:We're seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. The QA Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Python (Pytest)- Create and execute automated test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of application functionality- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs- Proactively identify and report issues, risks, and opportunities for process improvement- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and deliverables- Develop and maintain pipelines, integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows- Apply OOPS concepts, code reusability principles, and fuzzy logic to write efficient, modular code- Analyze application flows and functionalities to identify potential issues and improve test coverageRequirements:- 3-4 years of experience in automation testing- Proficient in Python (2-3 years) with expertise in Pytest- Strong understanding of pipelines and ability to make required changes or learn quickly- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Proactive approach to issue identification and risk management- Strong grasp of OOPS concepts, code reusability, and fuzzy logic
