You will be working with a team of talented developers, leads, and architects that will provide support as you expand your skill set and tackle important problems and resolve complex issues for our clients. You will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle while solving challenging technical problems for our clients.Information Security ResponsibilitiesPromote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocolsIdentify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assetsUnderstand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive informationRole and Responsibilities:Create effectively tested, re-usable, and efficient JavaScript codeDevelop mission critical user experiencesSupport continuous improvement by staying up-to-date on front-end technologyWork collaboratively with a team in an Agile environmentLead from the front, guiding teams of developers (and non-developers) to the completion of successful projectsMentor junior developers to ensure that our talent pools grows with us as a companyPreferred Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have a 2- or 4-year degree in CS/Engineering, be a bootcamp grad, or be self-taught with practical experience7+ years of professional programming experience3+ years of professional hands-on React.js development experience.Team lead experience.Experience with popular React.js workflows, such as Redux or Relay.Experience with other JavaScript frameworks, such as AngularJS and Vue.js is a plus.Knowledge of modern web technologies, such as CSS, Typescript/ES6, Less/Sass, HTML5Experience developing to inclusive design best practices, up to and beyond meeting WCAG standardsExperience writing unit tests with Jest/Enzyme or equivalent toolsFamiliarity with Git Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum preferred) as part of a cross-functional team2-3 years of experience on Architecture / Cloud, preferably on AWSStrong communication skillsConsulting background & stakeholder management experience.$65 - $75 an hourWe invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert here.Bounteous is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
