Sr. Product Specialist (VisMin)
Manages cardiovascular and associated products across multiple territories by forging relationships with Physicians, Surgeons, Nursing and Allied Health across multiple specialties. Inclusive of and not limited to:a. Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Wound Care and Renal.Have established experience in Interventional Cardiology/Cardiothorasics or Interventional Radiology and have strong relationships with above mentioned specialties.Establishes KOL’s influencer, brand ambassador and speaker. Organizes speaker’s bureau/ forum, conducts in-service education and product/procedure demonstrations to medical staff and nursing staff alike.Works with Clinical site to develop a consignment model and level that promotes the use and coverage of the company product portfolio, manages said consignment and ensures that communication with the site is timely and fit-for-purpose, inclusive of stock reconciliation.Ensures achievement of territory sales target, market share target, new account penetration, new business leads, marketing program implementation utilizing G-force to deliver desired sales results.Gathers, consolidates and uses facts and data to make sound business decisions.
