<li>Implement new features aimed at enhancing privacy-preserving federated learning</li>
<li>Create clear and comprehensive documentation for all developed tools and features</li>
<li>Support the growth and sustainability of the APPFL community through engagement and education</li>
<li>Engage with users to address inquiries and promote best practices within the framework</li>
<li>Participate in version releases and manage any necessary updates and changelogs</li>
</ul>

<p>Must:</p>

<li>Proven experience in Python programming, particularly for production-quality code</li>

<li>Experience with federated learning frameworks or similar technologies</li>
<li>Proficient in documenting software solutions and providing clear user guidance</li>
<li>Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability</li>
<li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills</li>
<li>Understanding of open-source development and community engagement</li>
<li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience</li>
