In this role, you will have the opportunity to define the vision for the next major version of our content management apps, focusing on delivering a modern and streamlined user experience. You’ll work in cross-functional, self-organized product teams, collaborating across disciplines to create a seamless and intuitive design experience.With flexible working hours and the option to work remotely, plus in-house training, personal & professional development programs, and a structured onboarding with a mentor, K15t offers more than just the usual perks.Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.Translate research insights into actionable design solutions, ensuring a user-centered approach in product development.Design and refine the user experience across our Scroll Documents app, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user journey. Work closely with developers and product managers, ensuring seamless implementation of design solutions and balancing technical feasibility with user needs.Collaborate with Product Designers from other teams to provide a well-integrated solution and consistent experience for customers.Establish and improve UX and design processes, driving best practices for usability and accessibility.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and shared learning.At least three years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to drive design decisions.Proven experience in creating design deliverables, including prototypes, design systems, UI, and visual design.Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other designers, helping to foster skill development and a strong design culture.Data-informed mindset, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design improvements.Strong communication skills, effectively presenting and explaining design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience working with cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers and product managers.Experience working with Atlassian tools and the Atlassian Design System (ADS) is a plus.Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).Lotte KirgisPeople Operations TeamI’m happy to help with any queries.
