Senior Deployment Strategist / Solution Engineer (f/m/d)
<h2>Your Mission</h2>
<p>Build the operational backbone of climate intelligence at Predium by ensuring data integrity, scalable onboarding and impactful deployments that translate regulatory and decarbonization complexity into measurable portfolio value.</p>
<h2>Your Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Own and deliver timely, high-quality deployments of the Predium Platform by leading end-to-end data onboarding (feasibility, completeness, risk assessment, issue resolution) to meet customer requirements, accelerate time-to-first-value, and generate measurable business impact.</li>
<li>Support in training, kickoff sessions and customer meetings to ensure that the product is meeting customer needs and having concrete impact on their operations.</li>
<li>Build scalable onboarding frameworks supported by internal tooling and automation to ensure consistency, increase efficiency, and reduce manual workload across deployments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with our Product, Data and Engineering teams to tackle workflow problems, resolve product issues and inform product improvements.</li>
<li>Partner with Sales as the technical expert on Predium’s platform, joining prospect conversations to explain capabilities, answer technical questions and assess implementation feasibility and risks.</li>
<li>Mentor team members and elevate analytical and operational standards across the function.</li>

<h2>Your Profile</h2>
<ul>
<li>Comfortable in a customer-facing role with the ambition to mentor and coach team members</li>
<li>Proven experience leading complex data onboarding or analytical projects, with focus on automation and scalability.</li>
<li>Have strong project management skills & ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams (Product, Customer Success, Engineering, Data, Sales)</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills and solid hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python are required.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written cross-functional communication skills in both German and English (C1/C2)</li>
<li>Relevant experience in an early-stage startup/scaleup environment
Bonus points:</li>
<li>Previous experience in (strategy) consulting or in a Project Management role</li>
<li>Good PowerPoint and/or Google Slides skills</li>
<li>Experience in Real Estate and/or with B2B SaaS</li>
