<p>📝 <strong>Type of Contract:</strong> Mandatory Internship (unpaid)</p>
<p>⏰ <strong>Weekly Hours:</strong> 40 hours (flexible within Berlin working hours)</p>
<p>📅 <strong>Start Date:</strong> March 15th / April 1st</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Supporting the development and execution of FOMO’s social media strategy</li>
<li>Planning and creating monthly and campaign-based content calendars</li>
<li>Creating content around FOMO and its values (especially for Instagram & TikTok)</li>
<li>Producing UGC content at FOMO events</li>
<li>Helping ensure a consistent visual language and tone of voice across channels</li>
<li>Active community management and engagement</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>A strong instinct for digital communication and storytelling</li>
<li>First hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing</li>
<li>A good eye for on-brand visuals and confidence working with brand guidelines</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and proactively</li>
<li>Confidence communicating with partners and collaborators</li>
<li>Proficiency in Notion, CapCut, Canva, Edits</li>
<li>Very good English skills + German is helpful</li>
<li>Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment</li>
