<p>📝 <strong>Type of Contract:</strong> Mandatory Internship (unpaid)</p>
<p>⏰ <strong>Weekly Hours:</strong> 40 hours (flexible within Berlin working hours)</p>
<p>📅 <strong>Start Date:</strong> March 15th / April 1st</p>
<h2>Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Supporting the founder Cephas in day-to-day marketing and event planning tasks</li>
<li>Assisting with social media campaigns, content creation, and scheduling</li>
<li>Helping coordinate and produce FOMO events, including on-site support and UGC content</li>
<li>Contributing ideas to marketing initiatives and brand storytelling</li>
<li>Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints</li>
<li>Helping manage communications with partners, collaborators, and attendees</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Strong interest in marketing, events, and brand building</li>
<li>First hands-on experience in social media, marketing, or events coordination</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a small team</li>
<li>Proficiency in Notion, Canva, CapCut, Edits</li>
<li>Very good German and English skills</li>
<li>Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and contribute to all aspects of the brand</li>
</ul>
