Software Developer - FinTech
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>You have achieved a minimum 2.1 BSc in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline from a top-tier or Russell Group university, backed by A's at A-level.</li><li>You are a technologist who enjoys collaborating and problem-solving, particularly in complex, distributed systems.</li><li>You possess strong backend coding skills and can come from any tech background (e.g., Java, Python, Full Stack) but must be open to using C# .Net moving forward and eager to learn new technologies.</li><li>You have experience with public cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.</li><li>You have a good understanding of modern software engineering best practices and experience throughout the entire software development lifecycle.</li><li>You possess a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.</li><li>You are excited about the opportunity to join a start-up in a role that you can shape and influence.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Collaborate with a small, talented team to deliver the core platform within a Microsoft environment using the latest versions of C# .Net to produce high-quality code.</li><li>Participate in the rollout and testing of the Beta version and contribute to the ambitious growth plans of the company.</li></ul>

In this full-time role based in Central Newcastle (Monday to Friday), you will be heavily involved from the ground up and have the opportunity to progress your career significantly.
