Senior Product Designer
<p><b>Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>I am looking for someone with relevant experience, including working on multiple 0-1 products. You should have a high level of craft in interaction design and UI and possess strong experience in rapid prototyping and ideating early-stage concepts. It’s important that you are extremely comfortable with ambiguity and can move quickly from ideas to potential solutions that can be rapidly validated. You need to take an insights-driven approach to design, utilizing design to drive commercial goals. Additionally, I value a skilled facilitator who can lead ideation and align people with a vision. A confident self-starter with a bias towards action and speed is essential.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, you will partner with product, research, and data teams to identify opportunities and customer needs. You will lead ideation and concept design, creating prototypes as necessary to bring concepts to life. You are expected to identify ways to quickly de-risk or validate ideas and to conduct rapid concept testing of potential solutions with users. Additionally, you will iterate and refine concepts to assess product-market fit, evaluate opportunities and concepts against customer needs and commercial goals, and support the transition from concept to MVP development.</li></ul>
