<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Degree educated in a STEM discipline or HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Lifecycle</li><li>Evidence-based experience in an engineering integration environment. It will be essential for me to influence a diverse and highly skilled community of engineers while also working closely with non-engineering functions across the business. I will manage a team and senior stakeholders, and confidently collaborate with other Engineering Leads throughout the integration lifecycle. My focus will be on proposing, developing, and delivering engineering products and solutions that meet expected standards and fulfill our customers' needs.</li></ul>
