ICT Consultant
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We are looking for an ICT Consultant with a flair for technology and a passion for providing exemplary service to our customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a previous ICT Technician/2nd line support role, preferably in the education sector, although this is not essential. You should possess good knowledge of common user applications and experience using Microsoft Office 365. As someone who is self-motivated and enjoys providing excellent customer service, you need to be able to work independently, possess strong communication and organization skills, and explain technical issues in layman’s terms. Additionally, you should have an aptitude for problem-solving and a proactive approach to identifying ways to improve the services provided by your team.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all IT hardware and services across school sites, helping schools improve their ICT provisions, and enabling effective teaching and learning through ICT solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:</li><li>Resolving and managing any technical issues that impact the schools’ operations by providing robust technical solutions.</li><li>Installing or repairing computers with standardized applications and networking software, as well as diagnosing and solving problems.</li><li>Responding to a range of technical duties associated with the computer network and desktop services, primarily related to existing installations and upgrades.</li><li>Supporting various IT equipment, including desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, and AV lecterns.</li></ul>

<p>This full-time position offers a salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000, negotiable for the right candidate.
