IT Support Technician

You will be responsible for conducting server monitoring and reporting to ensure system reliability, resolving hardware and software issues, and coordinating with third-party suppliers as necessary. Additionally, you will create and maintain technical support processes, user manuals, and documentation, as well as support IT projects as required.</li></ul>
