<ul><li>Identify company-wide processes that can be developed and improved</li><li>Provide a high level of IT support across the business function</li><li>Ensure all hardware and software is maintained, updated, and reviewed</li><li>Ensure IT systems and networks comply with data protection obligations and GDPR</li><li>Develop the IT team through various avenues, including training plans and ongoing coaching</li><li>Liaise with relevant customers' IT departments to provide secure, reliable, and accurate e-trading facilities</li></ul>
