Solution Architect
<p><b>Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven track record in designing complex, distributed architectures at scale.</li><li>Experience with event-driven design (Kafka) and high-throughput data processing.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, Golang, or TypeScript, along with SQL/databases.</li><li>Awareness of AI/ML applications in scalable platforms (e.g., real-time recommendations, anomaly detection, predictive analytics).</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Experience in system rebuilds, migrations, or greenfield platform design is a big plus.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Define and own the solution architecture for a high-volume, distributed platform.</li><li>Shape AI-ready architectures that enable real-time analytics, data-driven insights, and intelligent automation.</li><li>Drive event-driven, scalable systems using Kafka, SQL, and cloud-native services.</li><li>Partner with data and AI teams to ensure infrastructure supports ML model deployment and inference at scale.</li><li>Guide development standards, architectural governance, and technical direction across teams.</li><li>Mentor engineers and foster innovation around AI integration and platform modernization.</li></ul>
