Business Analyst

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>We require a proven Business Analyst with experience in infrastructure and/or network domains. A strong understanding of enterprise networking, cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, and data center operations is essential. Familiarity with data warehouse technologies and architectures like Snowflake, Teradata, and Azure Synapse is preferred. The ideal candidate should also have experience in documenting technical requirements, process flows, and system interactions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, I will collaborate with infrastructure, network, and data architecture teams to assess current-state capabilities. I will document and analyze existing network topology, data flows, and integration points related to the data warehouse. Identifying performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability limitations in the current infrastructure is a key part of my duties. I will gather and validate both business and technical requirements for future-state data warehouse infrastructure and support the development of infrastructure and network architecture recommendations aligned with our business goals. Additionally, I will facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture requirements and pain points, assist in risk assessments and impact analysis for proposed infrastructure changes, and work closely with project managers to align infrastructure deliverables with overall project timelines.</li></ul>

The duration of the role is three months, with a rate of £310.00 payable via Umbrella. We are seeking an experienced professional to support a strategic Data Warehouse Assessment initiative aimed at enhancing infrastructure and network capabilities to enable scalable and secure data warehousing solutions. Desirable skills include experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks, knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools, and exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.</p>
