IT Technician - 1st and 2nd Line Support

<ul><li>Respond to service desk tickets within agreed timeframes</li><li>Support installation, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of IT systems and software</li><li>Monitor and maintain hardware in good working order, performing basic repairs as needed</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues to ensure minimal disruption</li><li>Support the implementation of IT projects and initiatives</li><li>Promote safe and secure IT use and contribute to safeguarding compliance</li></ul>
