IT Business Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Previous experience in an IT Business Analyst role</li><li>Commitment to attending the office 1-2 days a week in Central London</li><li>Demonstrable experience in conducting analysis and management of requirements for business technology change initiatives across various business functions (e.g., CRM, Finance, HR, Website)</li><li>Involvement in technology change initiatives for CRM systems, including CRM replacements</li><li>Expertise in process mapping techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, SIPOC)</li><li>Experience in managing the benefits lifecycle and related techniques</li><li>Effective communication skills, with the ability to produce reports and deliver presentations</li><li>Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining complex matters clearly to ensure alignment and satisfaction at all levels</li><li>Familiarity with waterfall and agile project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Identify and analyze business and technical requirements to support change initiatives, producing clear documentation to align key stakeholders</li><li>Use suitable process mapping techniques to analyze requirements and present current and future states</li><li>Contribute to the design and delivery of technology-driven change by ensuring that requirements are effectively reflected in technical solutions, which includes conducting market research, feasibility assessments, and liaising with external vendors and consultants for successful implementation</li><li>Formulate suitable test approaches and techniques to ensure the effective delivery of requirements</li><li>Forecast and track the benefits of technology-driven change, ensuring they are measured appropriately and communicated clearly. Engage stakeholders during the delivery lifecycle, support senior leadership in post-implementation benefit reviews, and produce insightful reports on both projected and realized outcomes</li><li>Monitor and report on progress across all pipeline initiatives</li></ul>
