C# Developer / Technical Lead
<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>A minimum 2.1 BSc in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline from a top-tier / Russell Group university, backed by A's at A-level.</li><li>Strong technical leadership skills.</li><li>Expertise in modern C# .Net Core; Python skills will be beneficial (other object-oriented languages such as C++ or Java may also be considered).</li><li>Strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices with experience across the full software development lifecycle.</li><li>A passion for collaborating and problem-solving on complex, distributed systems.</li><li>A thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms.</li><li>Enthusiasm for joining a scaling company where you can shape and influence outcomes.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Design and implement logic behind core applications and build APIs and microservices for data processing, business rules, and third-party integrations.</li><li>Oversee the configuration and upkeep of secure and reliable server environments.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to gather detailed requirements through meetings and workshops.</li><li>Help shape product vision and roadmap by offering technical insights and feasibility guidance while remaining hands-on with architecture and design.</li><li>Instill best practices within the team, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and collaboratively solve problems to help remove any blockers.</li></ul>

You will work full-time (Monday to Friday) with flexible hours from 09:00 to 18:00.
