<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, I will be instrumental in delivering Cobalt's Business Intelligence (BI) reporting framework. My primary responsibilities include ensuring that data is reported accurately and punctually, providing operational and strategic insights, and conducting predictive analysis across various business areas and projects. I will be tasked with meeting reporting and analysis requirements, managing data for different projects, identifying requirements, detecting data issues, and implementing improvements and insights using the Microsoft suite of tools. Additionally, I will convert data from multiple sources into user-friendly information, enabling analytics that drive decision-making and challenge assumptions. I will also support the completion, coordination, and submission of non-financial Regulatory Returns for Cobalt Housing. Communication will be vital as I engage with both technical and non-technical functions within the organization, continuously seeking innovative ways to add value from data and optimize its design to support business opportunities. I will remain updated on developments in technology related to my responsibilities and make recommendations to the Digital and Transformation, Operations, and Executive Management Teams as appropriate.</li></ul>
