You will play a pivotal role in <strong>delivering exceptional design work</strong>, leading UX engagements, and <strong>partnering with stakeholders</strong> to align UX efforts with business outcomes.</p><p>In addition to strong UX leadership, we value individuals who are <strong>curious and proactive about emerging technologies—especially AI.</strong> Whether it’s <strong>leveraging AI tools in day-to-day workflows</strong> or <strong>designing features that involve AI decision-making, agentic workflows, or AI-native product ideas</strong>, your exposure and enthusiasm for this space will be a strong plus.</p><p>Beyond client work, you will <strong>help improve internal processes, mentor designers, and contribute to hiring and presales</strong>.</p><p></p><h3>Key Responsibility</h3><h3><strong>Leading UX Strategy & Project Outcomes</strong></h3><ul><li>Own and lead UX projects, ensuring the team delivers impactful solutions aligned with business and user goals.</li><li>Define UX strategy and execution plans, guiding the team on approach, workflows, and best practices.</li><li>Work closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX efforts with product objectives.</li><li>Play an active role in shaping the UX of AI-powered product features, internally as well as externally (client facing activities).</li><li>Balance mentorship and execution, reviewing and elevating team deliverables while owning key UX outputs</li><li>Ensure UX design improves product adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction, with a focus on measurable business impact.</li><li>Communicate and present design strategies and solutions effectively to both clients and internal teams.</li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>Strengthening UX Processes & Team Growth</strong></h3><ul><li>Coach and mentor designers, ensuring growth in their skills and strategic thinking.</li><li>Enhance UX workflows, design reviews, and quality control processes to improve efficiency and output.</li><li>Promote responsible exploration and integration of AI into design workflows across the team.</li><li>Support hiring and onboarding of new designers.</li><li>Contribute to presales efforts, helping shape UX proposals and strategy discussions with potential clients.</li></ul> <h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams, preferably within an agency or service-based business.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including projects where you have led teams or managed client accounts.</li><li>Must have experience in B2B products and enterprise applications.
