This role is about ownership, judgment, and shaping how the product is understood, adopted, and valued in the market.</p><p>If you’re energized by ambiguity and enjoy building from zero, this role will feel like home. If you prefer predefined playbooks and tightly scoped execution, this may not be the right fit.</p> <h3>What You’ll Own (0 → 1)</h3><ul><li> Product positioning, messaging, and core narrative </li><li> Website and landing page product copy </li><li> Launch communication across email, LinkedIn, and product updates </li><li> Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and persona definition, with ongoing refinement post-launch </li><li> Content that educates users, supports demand, and clarifies value </li><li> Close collaboration with founders, product, and sales teams </li></ul><p>You will decide <strong>what we say, who we say it to, and why it matters</strong>.</p><p></p><h3>What You Will Not Be Given</h3><ul><li> A ready-made playbook </li><li> Step-by-step instructions </li><li> A large team to delegate to </li></ul><p>You’ll be trusted to think independently, prioritize effectively, and figure things out.</p><p></p><h3>This Role Is For You If</h3><ul><li> You’ve worked in early-stage SaaS or fast-moving environments </li><li> You can translate product capabilities into clear customer value </li><li> You hold strong opinions but update them based on evidence </li><li> You’ve built something from scratch—even if it was messy </li><li> You take initiative and don’t wait for direction </li></ul><p></p><h3>This Role Is Not For You If</h3><ul><li> You need constant guidance </li><li> You’re only comfortable executing predefined tasks </li><li> You prefer polished scale over building from uncertainty</li></ul>
