Product Marketing Manager (Contract)
<p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for a <strong>Contract Product Marketing Manager</strong> to support our product and go-to-market efforts. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between product, marketing, and customer success — ensuring our product story is clear, our launches are impactful, and our customers get the most out of what we build.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll take ownership of product operations tasks like maintaining our public roadmap, while also driving go-to-market activities: crafting marketing and social media collateral, leveling up our knowledge base content, and amplifying the success of our product launches. This is a high-leverage role for someone who loves turning complex features into compelling narratives and ensuring customers see — and feel — the value of our product.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>About You</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re the ideal candidate if you:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have 3+ years of experience in <strong>product marketing or product operations</strong>, ideally within SaaS.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are skilled at <strong>translating technical features into clear, customer-friendly benefits</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have experience producing marketing collateral — from launch emails and social posts to landing pages and in-app messaging.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep a <strong>public roadmap and knowledge base</strong> polished and up to date.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have a knack for storytelling and understand how to position products in a way that resonates with customers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success) and working in a <strong>contract / flexible capacity</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bonus points if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS, especially in a customer-centric or niche vertical market.</p></li></ul>
