Join us in creating a future where skills matter most, and everyone has the chance to land their dream job.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>As our GTM Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building and scaling a single, revenue-weighted, AI-enabled GTM operating system across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.</p><p> </p><p>This is not a traditional RevOps or Analytics role. You are here to <strong>build, automate, and harden GTM processes so strategy and revenue rules operate reliably at scale.</strong> You’ll translate requirements from Revenue Ops and GTM leadership into working systems, workflows, and automation that reduce manual effort and improve execution quality.</p><p>You’ll help lay the foundations for <strong>AI-assisted GTM decision-making</strong> by ensuring data flows, workflows, and integrations are robust, scalable, and trustworthy.</p><p> </p><p><em>Want to see what it's like to join the team and make an impact as a GTM Engineer? Get an inside look in this <a href="https://vimeo.com/1160138659/9b2dff0299?share=copy" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">quick video</a>! </em></p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Build, maintain, and improve GTM workflows across HubSpot, Gong, and connected tools</li><li>Automate GTM processes such as routing, alerts, deal enforcement, and inspections</li><li>Translate GTM strategy and revenue rules into scalable system logic</li><li>Integrate product, sales, and customer signals into GTM workflows</li><li>Support deployment of AI-assisted GTM signals (e.g. deal risk, expansion propensity)</li><li>Ensure workflow reliability, performance, and scalability</li><li>Reduce manual GTM Ops work through automation and tooling</li><li>Maintain technical documentation for GTM systems and workflows</li><li>Partner closely with Revenue Ops and GTM Execution Ops on improvements</li><li>Collaborate with TestGorilla AI Strike team to work with all GTM functions for AI-first-projects</li><li>Continuously identify opportunities to simplify and streamline GTM execution</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p><p>We're looking for someone who:</p><ul><li>Is excited by TestGorilla’s mission and values</li><li>Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Thrives in a remote-first, async-friendly environment</li><li>Has experience in GTM Ops, RevOps Engineering, or Systems Engineering</li><li>Exposure to AI/ML-powered operational tooling</li><li>Has hands-on experience building workflows and automations in HubSpot</li><li>Is comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines</li><li>Thinks in systems, not one-off fixes</li><li>Can translate ambiguous requirements into working solutions</li><li>Enjoys partnering closely with Ops and business stakeholders</li></ul><p>We actively seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone.
