MIS, Process Excellence & Automation Associate
<p><strong>Position:</strong> MIS, Process Excellence & Automation Associate <strong>Location:</strong> Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Office-based) <strong>Company:</strong> Enerjazz – YC-backed lithium-ion battery startup for e-rickshaws</p>
<p><strong>Role Overview</strong> Drive data accuracy, process efficiency, and automation in our fast-growing EV battery financing and operations startup. Build and maintain MIS dashboards, streamline workflows, and implement simple AI-based agentic automations to reduce manual work, improve speed, and support scaling.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards (collections, sales, operations, customer metrics) using Google Sheets, Excel, and tools like Google Data Studio/Looker Studio.</li>
<li>Maintain and clean databases (customer, payments, battery/charger records) for accuracy and quick access.</li>
<li>Identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks in customer support, collections, finance, and field operations.</li>
<li>Design and implement basic agentic AI workflows (using tools like <a href="http://Make.com">Make.com</a>, Zapier, n8n, or simple scripts) for automations like payment reminders, ticket routing, data syncing, and report generation.</li>
<li>Document and improve processes/SOPs across teams for better efficiency and consistency.</li>
<li>Monitor process performance, track KPIs, and suggest improvements to reduce errors and save time.</li>
<li>Support teams with data insights and automated tools to help hit targets faster.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2–5 years in MIS, process improvement, operations, or automation (startup, fintech, EV, or lending preferred).</li>
<li>Strong hands-on skills in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, dashboards), Google Workspace.</li>
<li>Experience with basic workflow automation tools (Zapier, <a href="http://Make.com">Make.com</a>, or similar) and understanding of agentic/simple AI-based automations (e.g., triggering actions, chat-based flows).</li>
<li>Comfortable with databases (Google Sheets as DB, Airtable, or basic SQL knowledge is a plus).</li>
<li>Good analytical mindset; able to spot inefficiencies and fix them.</li>
<li>Fluent in Hindi & English; organized and proactive in a startup environment.</li>
<li>Graduate (BSc / BE / BTech from a reputed institute).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Exposure to manufacturing, Supply chain ops, or fintech lending processes.</li>
<li>Basic scripting (Google Apps Script, Python basics) or no-code AI tools.</li>
<li>Intermediate / Advance level Agentic AI proficiency is a plus</li>
