It is a coordination and workflow role rather than a content creation position.</p><p class="p3"><br data-mce-bogus="1"></p><p class="p2">You will collaborate closely with our operations lead, <span class="s1"><strong>Ana</strong></span>, coordinating workflows, tracking deliverables, and maintaining organized systems that support content production and communications.</p><p class="p3"><br data-mce-bogus="1"></p><p class="p2">The role also involves helping ensure that communications, collaborations, and speaking engagements have the information and coordination needed to move from opportunity to completion.</p><p class="p3"><br data-mce-bogus="1"></p><p class="p1"><strong>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, organizing systems, anticipating needs, and class="p2"><br data-mce-bogus="1"></p><p class="p3">• Organize and track production of educational and marketing content across multiple digital platforms</p><p class="p3">• Maintain structured timelines and task tracking systems to ensure projects move forward on schedule</p><p class="p3">• Coordinate contributors and provide friendly follow-up to keep deliverables on track</p><p class="p3">• Implement and deploy pre-created content across email campaigns, webpages, and course platforms</p><p class="p3">• Ensure content placement, formatting, and links are accurate when content is published or updated</p><p class="p3">• Help coordinate information and logistics related to communications, collaborations, and speaking engagements</p><p class="p3">• Maintain clear
